Create a functional FDM-printable test section of a miniature window profile. Do not create a complete window assembly. Do not create rectangular rings. Do not create an exploded full-size window. Create exactly four separate prismatic bodies: 1. Outer frame profile segment 2. Opening sash profile segment 3. Removable glazing bead segment 4. 4 mm glass test plate All profile segments must be exactly 100 mm long and created by extruding precise 2D cross-sections. OUTER FRAME PROFILE: - Overall cross-section: 45 mm deep and 28 mm wide - Minimum external wall thickness: 2.4 mm - Two hollow internal chambers - Flat exterior mounting surface - Internal rebate for receiving the opening sash - 3 mm x 3 mm channel for a rubber seal - Reinforced solid area for hinge screws - No decorative details OPENING SASH PROFILE: - Overall cross-section: 40 mm deep and 24 mm wide - Minimum wall thickness: 2.4 mm - Hollow internal chamber - 0.6 mm operating clearance from the outer frame on each mating surface - Rebate for 4 mm glass - Glass edge clearance: 1.2 mm - Glass support ledge: 6 mm deep - 3 mm x 3 mm gasket channel around the glass - Groove for a removable glazing bead GLAZING BEAD: - Separate printable body - 100 mm long - Snap-fit into the sash groove - Minimum feature thickness: 1.8 mm - 0.3 mm snap-fit clearance - Must retain the 4 mm glass without directly pressing hard plastic against it GLASS TEST PLATE: - 4 mm thick - 60 mm wide - 100 mm long - Separate body used only to verify the fit PRINTING REQUIREMENTS: - All bodies must be manifold solids - No unsupported enclosed geometry - No walls thinner than 1.8 mm - Suitable for a 0.4 mm FDM nozzle - Avoid overhangs greater than 45 degrees - Arrange all four bodies close together - Total model bounding box must remain below 180 x 180 x 100 mm - Use millimetres - Make all dimensions parametric - Exportable as STEP and STL
