Create a functional miniature opening window assembly for FDM 3D printing. Overall outside frame dimensions: - Width: 300 mm - Height: 300 mm - Frame depth: 45 mm Create separate printable components: 1. Fixed outer frame 2. Opening sash 3. Four removable glazing beads 4. Optional hinge covers Requirements: - Glass thickness: 4 mm - Glass clearance: 1.5 mm on each side - Glazing rebate depth: 8 mm - Channel for a 3 mm rubber glazing gasket - 0.5 mm clearance between sash and outer frame - Two mounting positions for small metal hinges on the left side - Reinforced solid sections around all hinge screws - Space for M3 heat-set inserts - Small handle and latch position on the right side - Hollow internal chambers with minimum wall thickness of 3 mm - Rounded internal corners suitable for FDM printing - Drainage openings in the lower outer frame - No unsupported internal overhangs above 45 degrees Make all important dimensions parametric. Create the frame and sash as separate bodies. The design must be editable and exportable as STEP and STL.
