Use the attached mechanical drawing and prototype photographs as reference. Create the basic outer housing around the existing electronic assembly. Do not modify, resize, or reposition any existing PCB, ESP32, EFR module, MAX30102 sensor, display, battery, or wiring. Treat all existing components as fixed reference geometry. Create a compact rectangular wearable enclosure with rounded corners that follows the approximate footprint of the existing assembly: Length: approximately 98 mm Width: approximately 78 mm Height: determine from the existing component stack, keeping adequate clearance. Use approximately 2–2.5 mm wall thickness and 3–6 mm external corner radius. Create the housing as two separate parts: Lower body Upper cover The lower body should surround the existing electronics while the upper cover sits above them. Do not add detailed mounting features, sensor openings, buttons, or connectors yet. The objective of this step is only to establish the correct overall housing shape, size, and clearance around the existing assembly.
