The prompt
Design a 6-propeller UAV drone frame with 6 brushless motors on the propellers for facade inspection and cleaning, called "Wash Drone." Main frame: Central hub, a flat hexagonal plate, 160 mm across flats, 4 mm thick, carbon-fiber composite. Four arms extend from the hub in an X configuration, each arm 275 mm long from hub center to motor mount, 20 mm wide, and 10 mm thick, tapering slightly toward the motor end. Motor mounts: At the end of each arm, a circular motor mount plate, 28 mm in diameter, with 4 mounting holes (M3, arranged in a 19 mm bolt circle) for 2212-size brushless motors. Central body/payload bay: Below the hub, a rectangular enclosure, 120mm x 100mm x 60mm, with a removable bottom hatch for battery access. Mount points inside for a Pixhawk 6C flight controller (36mm x 50mm board) and a Raspberry Pi 5 (85mm x 56mm board), stacked vertically with 15mm clearance between boards. Camera gimbal mount: Front-facing 2-axis gimbal cradle, 40mm diameter circular mount, positioned at the front-bottom of the central body, angled 15 degrees downward from horizontal. Cleaning module: Rear-mounted housing, 90mm x 40mm x 30mm, containing a fluid reservoir (cylindrical, 60mm diameter x 80mm height) and two spray nozzle outlets (6mm diameter) angled 30 degrees downward, spaced 50mm apart. Landing gear: Four fixed skid legs, each a 10 mm diameter carbon rod, bent at a 90-degree angle, providing 80 mm ground clearance, mounted at the base of each arm. Battery bay: Slide-in tray for a 6S LiPo battery, 145mm x 51mm x 45mm envelope, secured with a Velcro strap channel. Overall motor-to-motor diagonal span: 550mm. The total design should be lightweight, optimized for a 3.5-4 kg MTOW, with mounting holes and clearances suitable for 3D printing in PETG or carbon-nylon composite.
