The prompt
Design a 2-stage spur gear reduction set for 3D printing with an overall 10:1 ratio. Stage 1: A 12-tooth pinion driving a 36-tooth gear (3:1). Stage 2: A 12-tooth pinion coupled to a 40-tooth gear (3.33:1). Module: 1.5 mm. Pressure angle: 20 degrees. Face width (gear thickness): 8 mm. Central shaft bore: 5 mm diameter with a 0.2 mm 3D-printing tolerance. Include standard involute tooth profiles with a 0.25 mm backlash clearance between meshing teeth. Flat base on one side for bed adhesion without supports.
