The prompt

Create a parametric wall-mounted two-tier dish drying rack. Overall size: 400 mm wide, maximum 250 mm deep and approximately 420 mm high. Create two dish-holding tiers, each holding 10 plates. Each tier must have 10 evenly spaced plate slots with 35 mm center-to-center spacing. Plates are 180-280 mm diameter and may be flat or deep dishes up to 40 mm deep. Plates must stand almost vertically, tilted 12 degrees backward toward the wall. Use separator rods between plates and two longitudinal lower rails to support the bottom edges. Vertical distance between tiers: 210 mm. Position the upper tier 25 mm closer to the wall than the lower tier. Create an open rigid rear wall-mounting frame with two vertical side members and horizontal cross members. Do not create a solid back panel. Add 4 reinforced 6 mm wall mounting holes: two upper and two lower. Both tiers cantilever from the wall. Add triangular structural braces connecting each tier to the rear frame. Use approximately 5 mm structural thickness and rounded structural transitions. The rack must be fully wall-mounted with NO countertop legs. Do not add a water tray yet. Make these dimensions parametric when possible: width=400 mm depth=250 mm height=420 mm plates_per_tier=10 plate_spacing=35 mm tier_spacing=210 mm plate_angle=12 degrees thickness=5 mm mounting_hole=6 mm
