Design a two-piece wall-mounted electronic enclosure in a decorative shield shape for 3D printing. Dimensions & Body: - Outer Footprint: 120mm overall width, 150mm overall height, 38mm depth. - Wall Thickness: 3mm uniform thickness with a hollow internal pocket. - Shell Type: Main shield body with a flat detachable rear lid fastened by 4 corner M3 screw posts. - Outer Edges: 3mm chamfer/fillet along exterior edges. Front Face Cutouts & Features: - LCD Screen Window: Centered in upper half, a rectangular cutout measuring 72mm width by 25mm height. - Push Button Holes: Two 12mm circular holes located 20mm below the LCD window, spaced 50mm apart horizontally. - LED Indicator Holes: Two 5mm circular holes located centered below the push buttons, spaced 24mm apart horizontally. - Buzzer Grill: A pattern of 5 parallel vertical rectangular slots (each 2.5mm width x 12mm height) located in the lower shield tip area. Bottom Face Connector Ports: - Three 12mm diameter circular through-holes spaced evenly across the bottom wall panel for GX12 aviation plug panel mounts. Internal Standoffs & Mounting: - LCD Mounting: 4x cylindrical PCB standoffs (6mm outer diameter, 10mm height, 2.5mm inner hole) behind the front face surrounding the LCD window, spaced 74mm horizontally by 31mm vertically. - Controller Base: Internal corner bosses on the interior floor for securing an ESP32 microcontroller board.
