The prompt
Create a functional 3D-printable vertical Double Rack and Pinion mechanism controlled by an ESP32 and one SG90 180° servo motor. **Main specifications:** - Two parallel vertical rack gears. - Two identical pinion gears. - Both racks must move UP and DOWN simultaneously in the SAME direction and at the same speed. - Maximum travel: 50 mm. - Payload: 5 grams. - Base: 140 × 80 × 6 mm. - Rack length: 110 mm. - Gear module: 0.5, pressure angle: 20°. - Pinions: 72 teeth, 36 mm pitch diameter, 5 mm thickness. - One common horizontal shaft connecting both pinions. - Two linear guides. - One moving platform: 60 × 35 × 4 mm. - SG90 servo mounting bracket. **Mechanical design:** Mount both pinions on the same shaft, each engaging its own rack. Connect both racks to one rigid moving platform to guarantee synchronized vertical movement. Support the shaft with bearings and connect the servo through a suitable coupling or transmission. **Motion:** Design for approximately 50 mm vertical travel, with upper and lower mechanical stops. Verify actual servo rotation and gear geometry before manufacturing. **CAD assembly:** Create separate editable components, realistic mechanical joints, an exploded view, front/side/top views and a motion simulation. **Deliverables:** Complete editable 3D assembly, individual STL parts for 3D printing, STEP file and dimensioned technical drawings. Ensure correct gear meshing, synchronized movement in the same direction, no collisions and practical 3D-printing clearances. Generate a mechanically functional design, not just a decorative model.
