The prompt

Two separate coaxial parts. Part 1, venturi: a hollow revolved cone. Inlet inner diameter 155 mm, outlet inner diameter 88 mm, transition length 110 mm, wall thickness 6 mm throughout. At the inlet end, a flange 190 mm outer diameter, 8 mm thick, with four 9 mm diameter through holes evenly spaced on a 170 mm bolt circle. Part 2, steering nozzle: a hollow tapered tube, inlet inner diameter 94 mm, outlet inner diameter 88 mm, length 70 mm, wall thickness 5 mm. Add two cylindrical pivot bosses, each 20 mm diameter and 14 mm long, on the outer surface at the inlet end, one at top dead center and one at bottom dead center, each with a a 12 mm diameter through hole on the vertical axis. Add a flat steering arm lug on the left outer side at the inlet end, 40 mm long, 20 mm wide, 8 mm thick, with a 10 mm diameter hole 25 mm from its root.
