The prompt

Recreate my original ventilated automotive brake disc for a mechanical engineering CAD and 3D-printing assignment. Preserve the intended geometry and complexity, but completely remove all engraving and writing. DIMENSIONS (mm): Outer disc diameter: 140 Friction plate thickness: 5 each Ventilation gap: 10 Vane thickness: 3 Number of ventilation vanes: 36 Inner friction-ring diameter: 80 Five lug holes, Ø9, on a 60 mm pitch-circle diameter Cooling holes: Ø4 at radii 48, 55 and 62 mm, with 12 equally spaced holes at each radius Radial cooling slots from approximately radius 45 to 67 mm, 1.5 mm deep, repeated six times Edge fillets: 2 mm where feasible Edge chamfers: 0.5 mm where feasible Overall height: approximately 35 mm Maximum bounding box: 150 × 150 × 150 mm GEOMETRY: Create two circular friction plates connected by 36 evenly spaced ventilation vanes. Include the central hub and tapered transition. Preserve all five lug holes, cooling holes, radial slots and other intended brake-disc features. Ensure the lug holes have sufficient surrounding material. Resolve geometric conflicts sensibly without changing the main outer diameter or removing intended features. Keep the model as one connected solid. CRITICAL — NO ENGRAVING: Do not create any text, lettering, numbers, logos, labels, embossed features or engraved features anywhere on the model. Do not include the text MECN5004A. All visible faces must be clean, with no decorative markings. Do not create geometry that requires Delete Face operations to remove writing later. INVENTOR FEATURE RECOGNITION: Use clean cylindrical and planar faces with minimal unnecessary face splitting. Keep hole diameters and face orientations consistent within each group. Use genuine repeated geometry in the parametric source where possible. Avoid duplicate faces, overlapping solids and unnecessary tiny details. Prioritise geometry that can be recognised as sensible extrusions, revolutions, holes, cuts, fillets and chamfers in Autodesk Inventor. Ensure the model rebuilds successfully. 3D PRINTING: Create a watertight, manifold solid suitable for FDM printing in PLA. Validate solid connectivity, dimensions and wall thickness. Flag any thin vanes or unsupported areas that may require print-orientation or support adjustments. DELIVERABLES: STEP file for import into Autodesk Inventor. STL file for 3D printing. Editable build123d Python source script. Do not simplify the model by removing the cooling holes, lug holes, ventilation vanes or slots. The only intended design change from the original model is the complete removal of all writing and engraving. Do not claim that the STEP file preserves a native Inventor feature tree.
