The prompt
A custom V-belt driven pulley with an outer diameter of 55mm and an overall thickness of 12mm. The pulley consists of: - An outer flange/rim 55mm in diameter with a V-groove designed to grip a small circular belt. The V-groove should cut 4mm deep into the rim, with an angled profile (approx 35 degrees). - A central hub with a diameter of 15mm, extending to the full 12mm thickness. - A center through-hole 4mm in diameter for a shaft. - Webbing or a recessed recess/valley between the hub and the rim, cutting 3mm deep on both sides to leave a 6mm thin web in the middle, saving weight. - A 3mm cross-hole in the side of the central hub for a set-screw to clamp onto the axle. -
