The prompt
Design an ultra-light 3D-printable X-frame for a brushed micro quadcopter. Use 4× 8.5mm diameter × 20mm long brushed motors and 4 propellers with integrated thin circular propeller guards. Maximum frame + guards weight: 20g, target 5–10g. Mount an ESP32-S3 and MPU6050 rigidly at the center. Add adjustable mounting areas for 2× VL53L0X sensors: one facing forward and one facing downward. Add an adjustable 1S 3.7V 350mAh LiPo battery mount and space for 4× SI2303 MOSFETs and 4× flyback diodes. Make all component dimensions and mounting positions parametric/editable because exact board dimensions are not yet known. Use a skeletal design with thin arms, minimal material, triangular reinforcement, rounded corners, and no unnecessary walls. Optimize for PETG FDM printing with a 0.4mm nozzle, minimal supports, high stiffness and low vibration. Keep the center of gravity centered. Make the motor mounts adjustable for the actual motor dimensions. Export STL and STEP if supported. Estimate the final printed weight and reduce material if it exceeds 20g.
