The model should consist of: * A rectangular lithium-ion battery pack placed at the center. * An outer aluminum enclosure surrounding the battery. * Cascaded Phase Change Material (PCM) layers around the battery: * Inner PCM layer: Paraffin wax. * Outer PCM layer: Beeswax. * An array of lightweight cylindrical aluminum pin fins embedded within the PCM region to enhance heat transfer. * Pin fins should extend from the battery-side aluminum plate toward the outer enclosure. * Include a removable top cover for PCM filling and maintenance. * Provide clear dimensions for battery compartment, PCM chambers, fin spacing, fin diameter, and enclosure thickness. * Use symmetry to reduce weight and ensure uniform temperature distribution. * Model suitable for ANSYS transient thermal analysis with separate material bodies for battery, paraffin PCM, beeswax PCM, aluminum fins, and enclosure. * UAV-focused lightweight design with optimized thermal performance-to-mass ratio. * Include exploded view, sectional view, and assembly view. * Realistic engineering appearance, technical drawing style, high-detail mechanical design.
