The prompt
Modify my EXISTING two-piece gearbox housing. Do not create a new gearbox. The housing has already been imported into Autodesk Inventor, but interference analysis detected two collisions between the housing and rotating gears, with a total interference volume of approximately 16,767 mm³. I need to fix the internal geometry without unnecessarily enlarging the exterior. **Required modifications:** 1. Create additional internal gear-clearance pockets around the rotating gears. 2. Provide a preliminary minimum radial clearance of 12 mm between the tooth tips and the internal housing walls. 3. The first-stage large gear has an outside diameter of 205 mm and is centered on shaft 2 (X=0, Z=0). 4. The second-stage large gear has an outside diameter of 204 mm and is centered on shaft 3 (X=133.5, Z=20). 5. Remove or reshape internal protrusions and ribs that interfere with these gear envelopes. 6. Preserve bearing bores of 52, 80 and 90 mm and their positions. 7. Preserve all shaft center distances and orientations. 8. Preserve the 8 mm nominal wall thickness wherever possible. 9. Keep the removable upper cover, lower housing, bolting flanges and bearing supports. 10. Ensure the housing remains hollow and that the internal pockets provide axial clearance across the actual widths and positions of the gears. Do not change the shaft center coordinates, bearing diameters or gear dimensions. If the existing outer housing dimensions cannot accommodate these clearance pockets, calculate and apply only the minimum necessary enlargement. Do not simply scale the whole model. Flag any changes that weaken bearing supports or housing walls. Keep the model parametric and STEP-exportable, with upper and lower housing as separate solids if supported.
