Ich hab die Masse als Richtwerte angegeben, basierend auf den Bauteilen, die wir besprochen haben – die kannst du anpassen, sobald du die genauen Komponenten in der Hand hast: "Design a 3D-printable (FDM) two-part vehicle chassis for a small magnetic levitation model train, approx. 150mm long × 75mm wide × 55mm tall total. Lower shell (open-top tray, wall thickness 2mm): flat bottom surface for print-bed adhesion. On the underside, two recessed rectangular slots (20×10×5mm each) near the front end to mount two drive coils angled slightly downward toward the track. Next to each coil slot, a small circular cutout (8mm diameter) to mount a Hall-effect sensor module flush with the bottom surface, facing down. Along both long edges of the bottom, a shallow channel (15×5mm, running the full length) to hold flat levitation magnets facing downward and outward. Small wire-routing holes (4mm) connecting the bottom cavities to the interior. Interior: open cavity to fit an Arduino Uno (68×53mm), an ESP32 dev board (45×18mm), an INA219 breakout, and two small battery packs (max 40×30×15mm each), each held by 2mm-tall snap-in corner tabs. Include 4 M3 standoffs (6mm tall) for the Arduino Uno's mounting holes. Upper shell (lid): snap-fit or friction-fit onto the lower shell's perimeter lip (0.3mm clearance), removable without tools, with a small ventilation slot pattern. Flat mounting boss (10mm diameter, 3mm tall) on top-front for a small colored tracker marker, and a 5mm through-hole near the rear for an LED to poke through. Both parts: no overhangs steeper than 45° (print without supports), rounded outer edges (2mm fillet) for a clean aerodynamic look, no unnecessary ornamentation — functional, technical appearance. Output as separate STL files for lower shell and lid."
