Design a tractor chassis frame for a pedal-powered kids' ride-on toy. The frame is made from hollow square steel tube, 20mm x 20mm cross-section with 2mm wall thickness. Overall length 550mm, overall width 180mm, overall height 90mm. The frame has a curved front section rising from the main body with an 80mm bend radius, a flat mid-section, and a rear extension. Add two through-holes of 6.5mm diameter on the mid-section, spaced 75mm from centerline, positioned 250mm from the front, for seat mounting. Add a 15.2mm diameter through-hole at 30mm from the front for the steering column mount. Add two blind holes of 18mm diameter and 10mm depth, spaced 90mm from centerline, positioned 320mm from the front, for crank bearing pockets. Add four through-holes of 6.5mm diameter, spaced 90mm from centerline, positioned 500mm from the front, for rear axle brackets. Apply a 2mm fillet to all external edges.
