The prompt
Three separate parts for a bicycle phone holder: unchanged 130 mm long arm, 55 mm intermediate link with pivot eyes at perpendicular bolt axes, and a 55 mm phone-side mounting arm with perpendicular two-hole flange. All joints use through holes for user-supplied nut and bolts. Flange holes 5.709 mm diameter at 32.606 mm centre spacing.
