Overall dimensions: - Length: 220 mm - Width: 120 mm - Height: 40 mm - Wall thickness: 5 mm Geometry: - Closed rectangular hollow box. - Uniform wall thickness. - Flat top, bottom and side surfaces. - Hollow internal cavity. Openings: - One circular inlet hole centered on the left end face (Face 1). - One circular outlet hole centered on the right end face (Face 2). - Hole diameter: 40 mm. - The holes are perfectly aligned and connect to the internal cavity. Internal Flow Guides: - Add two triangular baffle fins inside the chamber. - Each fin extends from the bottom wall toward the top wall. - Fin thickness: 5 mm. - Fin height: approximately 70% of the chamber height. - Position one fin at one-third of the chamber length and the second fin at two-thirds of the chamber length. - Orient the fins alternately so the exhaust gas follows a zigzag flow path from inlet to outlet. - The fins do not completely block the flow; leave sufficient clearance around each fin. Requirements: - Engineering CAD model only. - No mounting holes. - No bolts. - No flanges. - No chamfers. - Sharp outer edges. - Suitable for export as STEP (.stp).
