Tangential-Inlet Cyclone Separator (Fluid/Solid)

Create a precision, hollow cyclone separator for ANSYS Fluent CFD, in mm. - Cylindrical chamber: 100 mm internal diameter × 150 mm high. - Cone: 250 mm high, tapering from 100 mm to 37.5 mm diameter. - Tangential side inlet: straight rectangular duct, 20 × 50 mm internal cross-section, 100 mm long. In top view, its centreline must be exactly tangent to the chamber circumference—not radial or aimed at the centre. Cut the inlet through the chamber wall so it opens directly into the fluid chamber without a blockage; incoming air must flow circumferentially and create swirl. - Vortex finder: centred hollow tube, 50 mm internal diameter, extending 50 mm below the roof; open at both ends. Continue it 100 mm above the roof as the clean-air outlet. - Dust outlet: centred, hollow 37.5 mm diameter outlet, extending 50 mm below the cone; open at the bottom. - Keep the roof closed except for the vortex-finder opening. Make all three flow openings unobstructed and connected to one continuous internal fluid volume. - Provide separate fluid volume and selectable boundary faces named "INLET_VELOCITY", "CLEAN_AIR_OUTLET", "DUST_OUTLET", and "CYCLONE_WALLS".
