Symmetric CNC Block with Bosses and Side Pockets

Create a highly detailed CNC-machined mechanical block with full symmetry about both the X and Y axes. The overall shape is a cubic block approximately 120 × 120 × 100 mm. The top face contains five cylindrical through-holes: one large central hole and four identical corner holes positioned symmetrically. Each corner hole sits on the top of a truncated pyramidal boss with chamfered faces at approximately 45 degrees. Each side face contains a large rectangular pocket extending vertically downward with internal stepped machining features. The pockets include multiple parallel ribs, grooves, and recessed levels produced by milling operations. Along the center of each side are precision-machined longitudinal channels with several parallel grooves running toward the center of the block. The block includes numerous chamfers (2–5 mm), beveled edges, internal relief cuts, and stepped shoulders typical of a precision aluminum CNC component. Each corner boss also contains a horizontal cylindrical through-hole passing completely through the boss. Internal cavities are interconnected through orthogonal machined pockets while maintaining thick structural walls. The model must be fully parametric with sharp edges except for small fillets (1–2 mm) on internal corners. Material: machined aluminum. Manufacturing process: 5-axis CNC milling. Maintain perfect bilateral symmetry, engineering tolerances, clean planar surfaces, and precise cylindrical features.
