The prompt
Create a 3D printable bracket for a Swiss moped license plate (140mm by 100mm). The bracket consists of a flat plate section with two mounting holes (5mm diameter, 50mm distance apart, centered). Extending from one side of the plate is a 110mm offset arm with rounded fillets at the junction for structural strength. At the end of the arm, include a cylindrical clamp with a 15mm inner diameter, a 4mm wall thickness, a clamping slit, and a transverse M5 bolt hole to tighten the clamp.
