The prompt
Create a parametric CNC lathe part as a single solid body using a 2D half-profile revolved 360 degrees around the horizontal longitudinal axis. Units: millimeters. The finished part must have a total length of exactly 70 mm. Build the profile from left to right as follows: 1. First cylindrical section: - Diameter: 40 mm - Straight length: 18 mm 2. Transition from diameter 40 mm to diameter 32 mm: - Total axial length: 3 mm - Use two tangent fillets, both with radius R1.5 mm. - First R1.5 is a convex fillet leaving the Ø40 cylindrical surface. - Second R1.5 is a concave fillet entering the Ø32 cylindrical surface. - The two fillets must be tangent and connected smoothly. - The radial difference between Ø40 and Ø32 is 4 mm. - If required, connect the two R1.5 arcs with a 1 mm vertical tangent segment. - After this transition, the profile must reach exactly diameter 32 mm. 3. Second cylindrical section: - Diameter: 32 mm - Straight length: 11 mm 4. Curved transition: - Transition from Ø32 mm to Ø22 mm - Radius: R5 mm - Axial length of the transition: 5 mm - Use a tangent quarter-circle fillet. - It must be tangent to both cylindrical surfaces. 5. Third cylindrical section: - Diameter: 22 mm - Straight length: 13 mm 6. Curved transition: - Transition from Ø22 mm to Ø14 mm - Radius: R4 mm - Axial length of the transition: 4 mm - Use a tangent quarter-circle fillet. - It must be tangent to both cylindrical surfaces. 7. Final cylindrical section: - Diameter: 14 mm - Straight length before the chamfer: 14 mm 8. Right end chamfer: - Chamfer size: 2 mm - Chamfer angle: 45 degrees - The chamfer must reduce the outside diameter at the right end. - Axial length of chamfer: 2 mm. Important requirements: - Total finished length must be exactly 70 mm. - Keep the entire part concentric around one longitudinal axis. - Create only one solid body. - Do not create any internal holes. - Do not add any extra fillets, chamfers or features. - All diameters and lengths must remain parametric and editable. - The final geometry must be suitable for CNC turning.
