Create a 3D model of a sand casting mold pattern with the following specifications: - Main shape: A spur gear (engranaje) with an outer diameter of 70 mm and a thickness of 10 mm. - In the center of the gear, cut out or emboss a large capital letter "S" that is clearly visible and centered. - The gear should have realistic teeth (approximately 12 to 16 teeth), with a standard involute profile suitable for a pattern. - At the top center of the gear, add a vertical cylindrical sprue (canal de llenado) of approximately 8-10 mm diameter that connects directly to the top of the gear. This sprue should rise about 20-25 mm above the gear face and serve as the pouring channel for the sand mold. - The sprue must be fully connected to the gear body so that molten material can flow from the sprue into the gear cavity. - The entire model must be a solid single piece suitable for use as a pattern in sand casting. - Use clean, sharp edges and a professional mechanical engineering style. - Units in millimeters. - Orient the model so the sprue is pointing upward.
