The prompt
Create this part using simple sequential CAD operations. Do not build the whole part in one complex sketch. STEP 1 — GEAR PROFILE Create ONE closed 2D gear outline entirely on the XY plane at Z = 0. Requirements: - 12 teeth - Module: 0.75 mm - Pressure angle: 20° provisional - Pitch diameter: Ø9.00 mm - Outside diameter: Ø10.50 mm - Root diameter: Ø7.30 mm IMPORTANT: Every point, line, arc, and curve of the gear outline must have exactly Z = 0. The complete gear boundary must be planar, closed, and non-self-intersecting. Do not create any 3D tooth geometry yet. STEP 2 — EXTRUDE GEAR Create a face from that planar closed outline. Extrude it exactly 7.53 mm along +Z. STEP 3 — HUB On the rear gear face at Z = 7.53 mm, create a centered Ø9.00 mm circle. Extrude the hub 4.47 mm along +Z. Fuse it with the gear into ONE solid. Final rear face must be at Z = 12.00 mm. The gear-to-hub shoulder must be sharp. STEP 4 — AXIAL BORE Cut a centered Ø5.00 mm hole along the Z axis through the entire 12.00 mm part. STEP 5 — TRANSVERSE HOLE Cut ONE Ø2.25 mm transverse hole through the hub. Hole axis: X direction. Hole centerline: Y = 0 Z = 9.055 mm The hole passes completely through both sides of the hub and intersects the Ø5.00 mm axial bore. IMPORTANT: The nearest edge of the Ø2.25 mm transverse hole must be 0.40 mm from the hub shoulder at Z = 7.53 mm. Do not create two separate pin holes. It is ONE diametrical hole with two opposite openings. FINAL: One connected solid. 12 teeth. Ø10.50 outside diameter. Ø7.30 root diameter. Ø9.00 pitch diameter. 7.53 mm gear width. Ø9.00 hub OD. 4.47 mm hub extension. 12.00 mm overall length. Ø5.00 axial through-hole. Ø2.25 transverse through-hole. If any operation fails, STOP at that operation and tell me exactly which step failed. Do not automatically redesign the part or change dimensions.
