Design a minimal flat test bracket for evaluating spring preload on a small bearing. Base: flat rectangular plate, 70 mm long, 20 mm wide, 4 mm thick. Static end: rigid circular boss, 28 mm diameter, at one end of the base. Central through-hole 8.2 mm diameter. Coaxial counterbore pocket on top face, 22.3 mm diameter, 7.2 mm deep, sized to hold a standard 608 bearing (8x22x7 mm) with a light press fit. Flexible end: cantilever flexure arm extending 18 mm from the opposite end of the base, 8 mm wide, 1.2 mm thick. At the free end of the arm, a small circular carriage boss, 16 mm diameter. Central through-hole 4.2 mm diameter. Coaxial counterbore pocket on top face, 13.3 mm diameter, 5.2 mm deep, sized to hold a small 624 bearing (4x13x5 mm) with a light press fit. Add 2 mm fillets where the flexure arm meets the base plate and where it meets the carriage boss, to reduce stress concentration. Keep flexure arm thickness and flexure arm length as separate adjustable parameters. No other features — keep the part as small and simple as possible for fast print iteration.
