The model must strictly follow these exact geometric dimensions:Central Through-Hole: Exactly 39mm inner diameter (Ø 39mm ID).Main Outer Body: Exactly 74mm outer diameter (Ø 74mm OD), excluding the teeth.Total Thickness: Exactly 17mm flat width across the entire model (flat front and back faces, no protruding center hub, no extra flanges).Internal Structure: 6 solid, robust spokes connecting the central hub to the outer ring. The spokes must be the full 17mm width of the wheel.Outer Teeth / Ridges: Exactly 8 large rectangular ridges/teeth distributed evenly around the outer circumference (spaced exactly at 45-degree intervals).Tooth Dimensions: Each ridge must protrude exactly 1mm radially outward (making the total maximum diameter 76mm at the teeth tips). Each ridge must be at least 3mm wide circumferentially and run straight across the entire 17mm width of the wheel face.Surface Finish: Clean, functional engineering part, smooth surfaces, optimized for FDM 3D printing without supports.
