The prompt
Create a functional 3D-printable smart eyeglass frame for a quadriplegic person who communicates through eye blinking. ### Component placement - **OLED display:** Mount a 0.96-inch OLED module (27 × 27 mm) on the outer left side of the left lens, beside the eye. - **Black buzzer:** Place the buzzer immediately after the OLED display, toward the left temple. - **ESP32 DevKit V1:** Place the ESP32 board (53 × 28 mm) after the buzzer, farther along the left temple arm. Ensure the USB port remains accessible. - **IR eye-blink sensor:** Mount the IR sensor in front of the center of the left eye, facing inward toward the eyelid. Use an adjustable bracket to align it with the eyelid without touching the eye or eyelashes. ### Required layout Along the left temple, arrange the components in this order: OLED display → buzzer → ESP32 DevKit V1. The IR sensor must be a separate mount positioned in front of the left eye, not placed in the temple sequence. ### Mechanical requirements - Design a lightweight frame with rounded edges and comfortable nose support. - Create accurately sized mounting compartments for all components. - Add wire channels through the frame and temple arm. - Include mounting holes or clips for secure installation. - Provide clearance around the ESP32 USB connector. - Avoid obstructing the user's forward vision. - Keep all electronics away from direct contact with the eye. - Generate a 3D model with front, side, top, and perspective views. - Export the final model as an STL file suitable for 3D printing. Use millimeters for all dimensions. Prioritize functional component placement and manufacturability over decorative details.
