The prompt
Create a removable sliding battery sled for the existing lower scanner base. The sled must slide through a battery tunnel measuring 70 mm wide front-to-back × 120 mm high and 220 mm long. Battery dimensions: - Length: 152.4 mm - Depth: 63.5 mm - Height: 114.3 mm - Weight: 0.73 kg Create one connected solid consisting of: Sliding tray: - Overall length: 220 mm - Overall depth: 69 mm - Base thickness: 3 mm - Flat underside - 0.5 mm clearance on each side within the 70 mm tunnel - Two continuous side-retaining rails, each 15 mm high - Internal distance between rails: 64 mm - No full-height enclosure over the battery Battery position: - Battery must rest approximately centered within the 284 mm-wide base when fully inserted. - Position the battery center 142 mm from the left exterior face. - Add a 15 mm-high front stop block immediately before the battery. - The housing’s existing internal stop wall will prevent movement at the battery’s rear. - Leave the battery top open for terminal and wire access. Exterior drawer face: - Attach a 4 mm-thick closing flange to the left end of the tray. - Flange size: 74 mm wide × 124 mm high. - Center the flange over the 70 mm × 120 mm housing opening. - Use a 4 mm corner radius. - Add a centered horizontal finger-pull opening measuring 45 mm × 15 mm with 5 mm corner radii. Add editable parameters for all battery, tray, clearance, rail, and flange dimensions. Generate only the sliding battery sled. Do not create the battery, housing, latch, wiring, electrical connector, rubber padding, mounting hardware, chassis, handles, or Kinect mount.
