The prompt
SIX-PIECE STAR – Interlocking Puzzle Keychain Design a beautiful, precise, 3D-printable modular puzzle keychain consisting of exactly SIX interlocking pieces. 1. Overall Geometry The fully assembled model must form a perfectly recognizable SIX-POINTED STAR (hexagram-style star). Six equally distributed outer star tips. Radial symmetry with 60-degree spacing. Clean geometric proportions. Flat, attractive front surface. The star must look like one unified emblem when assembled. 2. Six Individual Puzzle Pieces Divide the star into exactly SIX separate pieces. Each piece represents one radial section of the star, extending from the central area to one outer star tip. Assign one raised uppercase letter to each piece: Piece 1: N Piece 2: K Piece 3: V Piece 4: P Piece 5: D Piece 6: H Distribute the letters evenly, one per star point. 3. Interlocking Puzzle Connections This is the most important requirement. The six pieces must connect using REAL JIGSAW PUZZLE-STYLE CONNECTIONS. Use alternating convex tabs and concave sockets along adjacent piece boundaries. Each connection must mechanically fit into its neighbouring piece. Do not use simple straight radial cuts. Do not use overlapping or intersecting solid pieces. All six pieces must fit together without gaps or collisions. The connections must be strong enough for repeated assembly and disassembly. 4. Keychain Features Each individual piece must have one reinforced keyring hole. Place the hole near its outer star tip. Ensure the hole does not weaken the star tip. Keep sufficient material around each hole. 5. Dimensions and 3D Printing Overall star diameter: approximately 90 mm. Thickness: 4 mm. Raised letters: 0.8 mm. Minimum structural wall thickness: 2.5 mm. Flat bottom surfaces. Suitable for FDM 3D printing. Use realistic mechanical tolerances of approximately 0.2–0.3 mm per mating side. Avoid unnecessary supports. 6. Deliverables Export six independent STL files: N.stl, K.stl, V.stl, P.stl, D.stl, H.stl. Also provide: Fully assembled star model. Exploded view showing all six puzzle pieces. Top view with all letters visible. Assembly diagram with piece positions. Exact dimensions. CRITICAL The final result must be a genuine six-piece interlocking star puzzle, not six separate triangular objects simply placed around a centre. Each piece must be independently printable, removable, and usable as an individual keychain.
