The prompt
Design a SHEET METAL PART (not a solid block), representing a folded metal enclosure made from a single flat blank bent into a 5-sided open-front box. Material thickness: constant 1.5mm wall thickness throughout the entire part (this must be a true sheet metal shell, not a solid extrusion). Folded (3D) overall outer dimensions: 500mm wide x 250mm deep x 220mm tall. Construction: one continuous flat sheet folded via 4 sharp 90-degree bends (not filleted corners) into: bottom panel, two side panels, back panel, and top panel. Front face remains open. Bend radius: 2mm inside radius, consistent with sheet metal bending (not solid corner fillets). Include relief cuts (5mm) at the ends of each bend line to avoid tearing. On the front open face, cut a rectangular through-hole window: 480mm wide x 100mm tall, positioned 60mm from the top edge, centered horizontally. Add 4 through-holes, 6mm diameter, in the bottom panel corners, 20mm inset from each edge. Add 3 through-holes, 5mm diameter, on the top panel near the back edge, spaced 30mm apart. Output requirement: the model must be recognizable as a sheet metal component with a flat pattern (unfoldable), constant wall thickness, and defined bend lines — suitable for laser cutting and press brake bending, NOT a solid machined part.
