Create a 2-piece wall-mounted secure phone enclosure for a OnePlus Nord CE 5G. Phone dimensions: 159.2 mm tall × 73.5 mm wide × 7.9 mm thick. Use an internal phone cavity of approximately 160.2 × 74.5 × 9.0 mm for print tolerance. Overall enclosure target: approximately 182 mm tall × 92 mm wide × 18–20 mm deep. Create two separate printable parts: 1. Rear wall plate / phone cradle 2. Front security bezel Requirements: * matte-black rugged commercial kiosk shape * 3–3.5 mm structural walls * approximately 4 mm rear plate * four recessed M3 security screws, one near each corner * front bezel traps the phone so it cannot be removed without tools * large front opening for touchscreen * keep upper-left front camera unobstructed * completely cover power button, volume buttons, SIM tray, headphone jack, speaker and microphone openings * no side button cutouts * only USB-C charging needs internal access * create a generous USB-C cable opening at the bottom, approximately 13 × 7 mm * route charging cable downward toward the rear/bottom * include simple rear ventilation slots * include four concealed wall-mounting holes in the rear plate * slightly chamfered rugged corners * keep the enclosure slim, not bulky Make the design suitable for FDM 3D printing in PETG. Keep phone cavity, USB-C opening, wall thickness, overall dimensions and screw positions editable.
