SBR20UU Linear Bearing Block Generate a single editable 3D CAD part and export it as a STEP file. Part: SBR20UU open linear bearing block for use with a 20 mm supported round shaft. Units: millimetres. Nominal dimensions: Length along rail direction: 50 mm. Width: 48 mm. Overall height: approximately 39 mm. Linear shaft bore diameter: 20 mm. Four threaded top mounting holes. Mounting thread size: M6. Nominal mounting hole centre pattern: 35 mm × 35 mm. Geometry: Aluminium outer bearing housing. Open underside so the block can pass over the aluminium support of an SBR20 rail. Cylindrical internal bearing bore for a 20 mm shaft. Model realistic retaining/end features. Simplified internal bearing geometry is acceptable. Do not model individual bearing balls. The upper mounting face must be flat. Output: One STEP file. Clean solid suitable for assembly in Fusion 360. Place the origin at the centre of the 20 mm shaft bore, halfway along the bearing length.
