The prompt
Create an editable, dimensionally accurate 3D-printable protective case for the Samsung Galaxy S23 base model (SM-S911B), featuring a large circular Slam Jam logo (from the uploaded reference image) cut completely through the back panel. 1. Geometry Full case with protective side walls, rounded corners and a back panel of about 1.8–2.0 mm. Use verified device dimensions and position the openings for cameras, flash, side buttons, USB-C, speaker and microphone accurately. Do not invent critical measurements: use verified CAD geometry or ask for missing ones. Include manufacturing tolerances suited to the print material. 2. Logo as a cutout Reproduce the reference logo faithfully (proportions, circular outline, internal shapes, line thicknesses and original gaps), centred on the back panel. Boolean-subtract only the white areas of the logo from the back panel, creating genuine through-holes: the phone’s back must be visible through every hole. Black areas stay solid case material: do not cut out the whole circular background. No inserts, backing plates, transparent material or fill behind the holes. Do not simplify the silhouette. 3. Structure and manufacturing Check the remaining material around the logo, camera openings and edges. If the exact geometry compromises strength, propose the smallest structural adjustments that keep the logo recognisable. Optimise for FDM printing, preferably in TPU. Geometry must be watertight, manifold and free of self-intersections. All units in millimetres. 4. Deliverables Editable 3D CAD model (not a render), an STL file ready for slicing and, if possible, a STEP file. A 3D preview to inspect the logo cutouts. Confirmation that the holes are true Boolean cuts with no material behind them. A list of dimensions and fit requirements that need physical verification before printing.
