Create a 3D robotic chassis base plate with a length of 170mm, a width of 140mm, and a base thickness of 5mm. Add a 10mm radius fillet to all four outer corners. Center exactly four 3.2mm diameter through-holes arranged in a 100mm by 100mm square. Around each of these four holes, add a raised cylindrical boss that is 8mm in diameter and protrudes 5mm upward from the top surface to act as built-in standoffs. On the bottom surface, add a 6.2mm diameter counterbore 3mm deep for each hole. On the left and right edges, add mounting slots and 3.2mm screw holes for two standard yellow TT DC gear motors. At the rear center, add 3.2mm mounting holes for a 20mm metal caster wheel. At the front edge, create a rectangular cutout and two 2mm mounting holes suitable for an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor facing forward. Just behind the front edge, add mounting holes for a WS2812 8-LED module board. Near the front left and front right corners, add mounting holes for two 3-pin IR obstacle avoidance sensors. In the remaining space behind the main PCB area, add two 3.2mm diameter holes spaced exactly 76mm apart for a 2-slot 18650 battery holder. Add a cutout near the PCB area to mount a 0.96-inch I2C OLED display.
