The prompt

Create a separate circular bottom plate for the existing robotic arm base. The bottom plate must match the outer diameter of the existing base. Add a raised circular rim around the edge so the existing upper base can fit onto it. Add four M3 screw mounting holes evenly spaced around the base. Keep the center open for a future rotating shaft and bearing. Make the bottom plate flat and strong for FDM 3D printing. Use approximately 4 mm thickness for the bottom plate. Use approximately 3 mm thickness for the outer rim. Do not add batteries, electronics, motors or gears yet. Create this as one separate solid CAD part suitable for STL and STEP export.
