Overall assembled dimensions: - Outside diameter: 55 mm - Maximum thickness: 20 mm - Capacity: approximately 25–30 g silica gel beads Body: - Hollow cylindrical body - 2 mm nominal wall thickness - Smooth cylindrical outer perimeter - Strongly rounded exterior edges and fillets Lid: - Removable screw-on lid - Use practical FDM thread clearance - Keep the threaded connection inside the outer cylindrical envelope - No exposed threads or protruding features Ventilation: - 1.5 mm diameter ventilation holes - Distribute holes across both large circular faces - No ventilation holes in the cylindrical perimeter - Leave a solid perimeter around the hole pattern for strength Exterior safety: - No sharp exterior corners or edges - No knurling - No clips - No tabs - No protrusions - Exterior surfaces should be smooth and rounded The assembled container will be stored loose inside a thin polyethylene Ziploc bag. Minimize any feature that could snag, abrade, or puncture the bag. Design the body and lid to print flat on an FDM printer without supports if practical.
