Rectangular Plate

Sketch Mode → pick the X-Z plane (the horizontal plane, since X=length, Z=width, Y=up). Draw a rectangle roughly: X from 20 to 300 (~280 mm long), Z from −235 to −150 (~105 mm wide). These match your pressure field's footprint so the CSV maps on directly. Exit sketch → Pull the rectangle up to ~5 mm thickness (extrude in Y). Position it so its top face is at Y ≈ 64 (matching where the aligned pressure field sits). So extrude from Y=54 up to Y=64, or draw the sketch at Y=54 and pull +10. ADD 25 MM IN BOTH SIDES OF X EXTRA APRAT FROM ABOVE AND ALSO ADD 20 MM IN Z AXIS BOTH SIDES EXTRA FROM ABOVE
