Graduated Airflow Slots: Cut 7 horizontal airflow slots into this front panel. Center them horizontally and make them 14.0 inches wide. Position the bottom edge of each slot perfectly flush with the top surface of its corresponding shelf ledge. Set the vertical heights of the slots progressively from bottom to top: Tier 1 (bottom) is 0.13 inches, Tier 2 is 0.14 inches, Tier 3 is 0.16 inches, Tier 4 is 0.17 inches, Tier 5 is 0.18 inches, Tier 6 is 0.20 inches, and Tier 7 (top) is 0.21 inches. 6. Recessed Blower Pocket & Intake: At the bottom center of the front panel (below Tier 1), generate a 2.25-inch wide by 0.75-inch tall rectangular exhaust cutout flush with an internal mounting pocket designed to recess a thin 15mm-20mm centrifugal blower directly inside the plenum channel. 7. Assembly Joinery: Apply 0.25-inch mortise-and-tenon (tab-and-slot) interlocking joints along all mating panel edges for flat-pack assembly.
