Design a compact, rugged, 3D-printable two-piece enclosure for a Raspberry Pi 5 BlindAid prototype. Internal hardware: Raspberry Pi 5 (85×58 mm), Waveshare UPS HAT (E) (88×56 mm, 4×21700 batteries arranged 2×2 underneath), Raspberry Pi Active Cooler, Raspberry Pi Camera Module 1 (25×24 mm), 200 mm CSI FFC cable, and temporary jumper wires. Enclosure: approximately 100×70×75–80 mm, 2.5–3 mm wall thickness, rounded corners, removable top cover, M3 screw/heat-set insert mounting, and 3–5 mm internal clearance. Camera: mount the camera on the front face, upper-center, with a recessed 25×24 mm camera pocket and lens opening. Provide an internal routing channel for the 200 mm CSI cable, with gentle bends and cable clips; leave extra space for jumper wires. Button: mount ONLY on the actual right-side wall, not on the front. Use a large raised tactile button with an internal mounting bracket, positioned around the upper-middle of the right side for easy one-handed access. Braille: add raised Braille labels beside the camera reading “CAMERA” and beside the side button reading “BUTTON”. Braille must be physically embossed and tactile. Ventilation: large top ventilation directly above the Pi active cooler plus side vents. Keep fan airflow unobstructed. Ports: provide accurate cutouts for Pi USB-A, Ethernet, micro-HDMI ×2, microSD, and UPS HAT USB-C/USB-A ports. Allow 2–3 mm connector clearance. Battery: fully enclose and secure the four 21700 cells; no screws or sharp features near the batteries. Serviceability: removable top cover, accessible electronics, protected cable routing, no exposed components. Design priority: accessibility, tactile orientation, cooling, durability, and compactness. Make the design parametric, with editable dimensions for button position, camera position, ports, wall thickness, clearances, and mounting points. Exportable to STEP/STL. Front = camera + CAMERA Braille Right side = large button + BUTTON Braille Top = cooling vents Inside = Pi → UPS HAT → 4×21700 battery stack
