Design a FUNCTIONAL 3D-printable ram-air intake whistle insert for a 2011 Honda Civic EX sedan, 1.8L naturally aspirated 4-cylinder engine. IMPORTANT: This is NOT a decorative model and NOT a complete intake tube. It is a small airflow whistle insert that mounts inside an existing intake tube and produces a noticeable whistle sound when engine airflow increases. DESIGN: - Compact cylindrical airflow insert - Air must flow straight through the device with minimal restriction - Use a Venturi-style internal airflow passage - Add a small whistle/resonance chamber positioned beside the main airflow path - The whistle should be activated by intake airflow rather than requiring electronics - Include a tuned whistle opening/nozzle that creates a noticeable high-pitched turbo-like whistle - Keep the center airflow passage open - Smooth all internal airflow surfaces - Avoid sharp internal corners that could significantly restrict airflow - Make the whistle chamber integrated into the outside wall of the insert - Add a small lip/edge at the whistle opening to create the airflow oscillation needed for the sound FITMENT: - Designed for the factory-style intake system of a 2011 Honda Civic EX 1.8L - Make the mounting diameter PARAMETRIC so I can change it after generation - Default inner diameter: 70 mm - Default outer diameter: 76 mm - Wall thickness: approximately 3 mm - Overall length: approximately 45 mm - Include a small external mounting lip so the insert can sit securely inside the intake tube - Do not permanently attach it to the vehicle - It must be removable for testing 3D PRINTING: - Designed for FDM printing - Printable without supports if possible - Layer-friendly geometry - Minimum wall thickness: 2.5–3 mm - No extremely thin whistle edges - Export as a watertight STL - Also provide STEP/parametric CAD if supported - Keep the model as one single printable part SAFETY/ENGINE REQUIREMENTS: - The design must NOT be able to break apart and enter the engine - Add a mechanical retention feature so the insert cannot easily move downstream - Do not place the part directly against the MAF sensor - Do not obstruct the entire intake passage - Prioritize maintaining airflow over maximum sound - This is intended as a sound-producing intake accessory, not a performance modification OUTPUT: Create the actual mechanical CAD geometry, not a render or concept image. Provide dimensions for: 1. Main airflow diameter 2. Overall length 3. Wall thickness 4. Whistle chamber diameter 5. Whistle opening diameter 6. Whistle opening angle 7. Mounting lip dimensions 8. Retention feature dimensions Make all major dimensions editable/parametric.
