create me a water harvesting system design, with water filter using small pebbles, coarse sand, gravel, activated charcoal, fine sand, coarse stone, and pebbles ( in that order). create it through a gutter from a house, make the filter to a small drum that then goes to bigger drum (for harvest water), use tubes to connect the two drums and the gutter to filter.
