INNER CUTOUT DIMENSIONS (Standard 9-inch Head Unit Spec): - The central screen opening is a trapezoid with the following interior dimensions: * Top internal width: 230mm * Bottom internal width: 220mm * Vertical internal height: 130mm - The opening must feature a 3mm wide recessed inner lip/bezel set back by 4mm. This allows the 9-inch display tablet glass to sit flush with the front surface of the fascia. 3. MOUNTING & REAR DETAILS: - Wall thickness: Solid 3.5mm thickness across all main plastic faces. - Rear structures: On the backside of the outer perimeter, include 4 rigid cylindrical mounting columns (bosses), each 12mm long with a 3mm inner guide hole for dashboard retention clips or factory screws. - The model must be clean, watertight, manifold, and optimized for 3D printing without requiring internal hollows. Export as a unified B-Rep solid body STEP or high-density STL file.
