The prompt
Create a complete 3D mechanical assembly named **PUSHPAKA VIMANA — TRANSFORMER DRONE**. ### 1. Main Chassis - Design a lightweight rectangular central chassis. - Include mounting holes and brackets for every electronic component. - Provide mounting locations for the battery, controller, motor driver, ESCs and power distribution board. ### 2. Ground Movement - Install four wheels, one at each corner of the chassis. - Add an N20 geared DC motor and suitable mounting bracket for each driven wheel. - Include axles, wheel hubs and motor supports. ### 3. Propulsion System - Install four brushless motors, each with one propeller. - Position the four motor-propeller assemblies directly above the four wheel locations. - Ensure the propellers have sufficient clearance from the wheels, chassis and other components. - Include motor mounting plates and protective supports. ### 4. Transformation Mechanism - Design four folding arms with hinged joints. - Include servo mounting brackets and linkage connections. - Show the arms in three configurations: A. Ground mode: arms folded into a compact arrangement. B. Transformation mode: arms rotating outward. C. Flight configuration: arms extended and propellers positioned for multirotor operation. - Use appropriate rotational joints and motion constraints if supported by the CAD software. - Do not assume the mechanism is physically validated. ### 5. Electronic Components Create separate 3D component models and mounting locations for: - ESP32-WROOM-32 development board. - MPU6050/GY-521 sensor module. - Four ESCs. - TB6612FNG motor driver. - N20 gear motors. - MG996R transformation servos. - 3S LiPo battery. - 5V UBEC. - Power distribution board. - Main power switch. - Wiring and connectors. ### 6. Assembly and Motion - Assemble the components in their correct locations. - Fix the electronic components to mounting plates. - Constrain the wheels to their axles. - Constrain the folding arms using revolute joints. - Represent the propellers as rotating components. - Create separate ground, transformation and flight configurations. - If motion simulation is supported, create a basic transformation animation. ### 7. Output - Generate the complete 3D assembly, not just a 2D drawing. - Include an exploded view, assembled view and component labels. - Provide editable component geometry and assembly constraints. - Export to a format supported by the software, preferably STEP for CAD exchange. - Do not substitute a static illustration for the requested mechanical assembly. - Flag any component dimensions or mechanical connections that require verification.
