The prompt

Create a lightweight prosthetic foot about 230 mm long. At the top, add a metal connector for attaching the prosthetic leg. Under the connector, add a small moving joint mounted on the base. Add two separate thin carbon fiber plates: * one plate going toward the toes * one plate going toward the heel The front and rear plates should move independently. Add one soft elastomer shock absorber under the front plate and one under the rear plate. Keep the whole mechanism low, narrow, and inside the natural shape of a real human foot. Do not add skin or a cosmetic cover. Show only the mechanical parts.
