Description of the Profile Tube Frame 1. Base Frame (Bottom Chord) A closed rectangular contour made of 20×20 mm tube. Overall plan dimensions: 1500 mm (length) × 1000 mm (width). Corners are butt‑welded. 2. Vertical Uprights Front uprights (2 pcs.) – placed at the corners of the front short side (width 1000 mm). Section 20×20 mm, height 500 mm. Rear uprights (2 pcs.) – placed at the corners of the opposite short side. Section 20×40 mm, height 1250 mm. The wide face (40 mm) is oriented parallel to the long side of the base (1500 mm). Intermediate uprights (2 pcs.) – one on each long side of the base, between the front and rear uprights. Section 20×40 mm, height 1250 mm, wide face oriented along the long side. Clear spans between uprights (inside faces): front – intermediate: 640 mm; intermediate – rear: 760 mm. 3. Top Chord (Upper Ring) A closed contour made of 20×20 mm tube runs along the tops of all uprights, forming a rectangle of 1500×1000 mm in plan. This contour is spatial: the front side is at 500 mm height, the rear and intermediate uprights support it at 1250 mm, and the side tubes slope accordingly. All joints are welded. 4. Additional Horizontal Cross‑Member on the Rear Wall On the rear wall (between the two rear uprights), at mid‑height (approximately 625 mm from the base), a horizontal cross‑piece of 20×20 mm tube is installed. Its length is 1000 mm (equal to the rear wall width). It adds rigidity to the rear plane. All connections are welded. The frame is ready for cladding or mounting on supports.
