The prompt
Create a detailed, editable, parametric CAD assembly for a premium compact USB-A cellular modem named PocketCell. Design intent A realistic consumer electronics product, not a toy, not a generic rectangular block, and not a concept poster. Initial enclosure target - Target envelope: 40 mm long × 18 mm wide × 10 mm thick, explicitly treated as an unverified target. - Smooth, rounded rectangular housing with refined industrial-design proportions. - Two-piece upper and lower shell with a visible but subtle seam. - Matte premium lavender finish, with a separate jungle-green colour variant. - Standard USB-A male connector at one end, represented with realistic metal contacts and insulating insert. - Nano-SIM tray on the side, with a separate tray and a plausible sliding path. - Small status LED aperture. - Clean, subtle PocketCell logo on the top surface. Separate conceptual internal components 1. Upper housing shell. 2. Lower housing shell. 3. USB-A connector and insulating insert. 4. Main PCB with mounting points. 5. Modem module placeholder. 6. RF shielding can. 7. Two antenna placeholders positioned at opposite ends where feasible. 8. Nano-SIM socket and removable tray. 9. Thermal spreader placeholder. 10. Small fasteners or shell clips. Create each component as a separate, named solid where supported. Arrange the parts in a coherent exploded view along the device's main axis, with even spacing and no overlapping parts. Also provide a closed assembly. Parametric requirements Expose the enclosure length, width, thickness, corner radius, shell-wall thickness, PCB dimensions, and SIM-tray dimensions as editable parameters. Use realistic relationships between parts and show the component dimensions. Important engineering constraints Do not claim the electronics fit or work. The modem, PCB, antennas, shielding and thermal parts are placeholders until real component datasheets and engineering checks are available. If the 40 × 18 × 10 mm envelope is infeasible, preserve it as a target and identify conflicts rather than silently forcing components inside it. Export an editable CAD project if available, plus STEP files for the solids and a GLB preview. Prioritize clean geometry, realistic proportions and a coherent assembly over decorative rendering.
