The prompt
Create a precise parametric 3D sheet-metal CAD model from the uploaded engineering drawing. IMPORTANT: The uploaded engineering drawing is the AUTHORITATIVE SOURCE. Do NOT invent geometry, dimensions, holes, bends, fillets, or proportions. Do NOT create a generic bracket. PART: PIPE SUPPORT BKT 548 Material: Sheet steel Thickness: 6 mm MODEL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Reconstruct the actual bent sheet-metal bracket shown in the drawing. 2. Overall developed/flat length is approximately 275 mm as shown. 3. Main sheet width is 67 mm. 4. The mounting/end section reaches 97 mm width as shown. 5. The flat/developed view shows three longitudinal sections: - 94.7 mm - 85.69 mm - 95.13 mm Use the bend lines shown in the drawing. 6. Two bends are explicitly 8.04°. 7. Preserve the actual sheet thickness of 6 mm. 8. Left mounting hole: Ø9 mm, positioned exactly according to the drawing. 9. Right mounting flange contains TWO Ø13 mm holes. 10. Hole-to-hole spacing and edge distances must follow the drawing: - 45 ±0.3 mm where specified - 15 mm where specified - 12 mm where specified - 30 mm and other shown dimensions must be respected. 11. The left end has the rounded corners shown in the drawing. 12. The right end has the stepped/widened mounting geometry shown in the drawing. 13. Reproduce the sloped transition between the 67 mm section and the 97 mm mounting section. 14. Do not turn the bracket into a simple rectangular strip. 15. Do not add holes that are not present. 16. Do not remove any holes that are present. 17. Do not mirror the part incorrectly. 18. Do not change the bend direction. 19. Maintain the correct top/bottom orientation from the drawing. 20. Model the actual physical bent condition, NOT merely the flat pattern. BEND GEOMETRY: Use the bend angle and bend radii visible in the engineering drawing. Where a bend radius is explicitly dimensioned, use that exact radius. Do not approximate the bends with sharp 90° corners. The final model must look like the isometric reference views on the drawing. VALIDATION: Before exporting, compare the generated 3D model against ALL three views: - Main orthographic view - Side/bend view - Developed flat view Verify: - overall length - widths - hole count - hole diameters - hole positions - bend angles - bend direction - sheet thickness - end profile - transition geometry If any dimension conflicts with an inferred dimension, ALWAYS prioritize the explicitly dimensioned value in the drawing. OUTPUT: 1. Parametric STEP file 2. STL/GLB for visual inspection 3. 360° interactive viewer if supported The final 3D model must be dimensionally faithful to the supplied engineering drawing, not merely visually similar.
