The prompt
Create a hydraulic press flattening die for a 1-inch steel pipe with 1.7mm wall thickness. The lower block is a solid tool steel block measuring 150mm length, 80mm width, and 40mm height. At the side of the block, include a 3.4mm mechanical stopper block to limit the press stroke so the pipe flattens perfectly to exactly 3.4mm thickness without over-crushing.
