The prompt
Create a detailed 3D CAD model of ONLY the piezoelectric energy-harvesting section of my project, SMART HYBRID ENERGY-HARVESTING ROAD. Do not include the generator, rack and pinion, gears, shafts, or any other mechanical power-generation system. I need the piezoelectric assembly as a separate, standalone unit. Dimensions: - Overall length: 2000 mm - Overall width: 400 mm Required components: 1. A rigid metal base plate. 2. 24 circular PZT piezoelectric discs, arranged in 3 rows and 8 columns. 3. Each disc approximately 50 mm in diameter and 0.5–1 mm thick. 4. Protective metal holders beneath the discs. 5. A load-distribution plate above the piezoelectric discs to distribute pressure evenly. 6. Small pressure-transfer plungers between the load plate and the piezoelectric modules. 7. Thin protective rubber or elastomer layers to reduce direct impact. 8. Compression springs and guide rods to allow limited vertical movement and return the top plate to its original position. 9. Mechanical stops to prevent excessive compression and protect the piezoelectric discs. 10. Electrical wires from the piezoelectric discs, routed neatly to one side. Show these views: - A 3D exploded view with every component separated and clearly visible. - A 3D cutaway view showing how all layers fit together. - A top view showing all 24 piezoelectric discs in a 3 × 8 arrangement. - A side cross-section showing the load plate, plungers, piezo discs, springs, and base plate. Use realistic engineering proportions, millimeter units, and separate editable components. Focus entirely on the piezoelectric section. Do not add any generator or gear mechanism.
