Create ONE removable, 3D-printable cylindrical cord spool for a wearable demonstration device. PURPOSE: The spool stores and smoothly retracts exactly 5 metres (5000 mm) of braided 1.5 mm diameter UHMWPE cord. This is for controlled, stationary bench-top testing and retraction only. It must NOT be designed to launch the cord or pull a person. CORD: - Length: 5000 mm - Diameter: 1.5 mm - Material: braided UHMWPE - The complete 5 m cord must fit on the spool. - Calculate the required winding capacity instead of assuming the specified spool dimensions are sufficient. SPOOL: - Cylindrical central drum - Target outer diameter: 35 mm - Target usable winding width: 15 mm - Two circular side flanges - Central axle hole: 5 mm diameter - Smooth rounded edges - Cord-retaining groove/channel - Small cord-anchor hole near the inner drum - Removable from the device - Balanced around the central axle IMPORTANT DIMENSION REQUIREMENT: If a 35 mm diameter and 15 mm winding width cannot physically hold 5 m of 1.5 mm cord, automatically increase the spool dimensions enough to hold the complete 5 m. Do not reduce the cord length or diameter. AXLE: Create a 5 mm central through-hole for a separate axle. Provide sufficient radial clearance for smooth rotation. Keep the spool concentric and balanced. CORD PATH: The cord must wind in neat adjacent layers. Provide smooth surfaces wherever the cord contacts the spool. Do not create sharp edges that could damage the cord. 3D PRINTING: - FDM 3D-printable - Single removable spool - No unnecessary support structures - Minimum 2 mm structural wall thickness where appropriate - Rounded edges - No self-intersecting geometry - All dimensions in millimetres - Fully parametric and editable - Exportable as STL - Also provide STEP if supported OUTPUT: Generate the finished spool as ONE separate CAD part. Show the overall diameter, width, axle-hole diameter, flange thickness, and usable winding area. Verify that the geometry can physically accommodate 5000 mm of 1.5 mm diameter cord before finalizing.
